OfficeRecovery has announced the release of MailRecovery Suites 2012. The suites bring together established tools for email recovery and management, and the new release is packed with new features and supported formats.
With email being the lifeblood of modern-day business, a reliable set of email management and recovery tools is a must-have. The fact becomes even more apparent when it comes to disaster recovery, granular search and recovery of email items, e-discovery, forensics and litigation support. For example, a corrupted Outlook PST file can hold valuable data that is paramount to restoring normal operation of a business, or a piece of evidence that can make or break a case in court.
Wherever there is need for advanced email management, there is a need for the strength and reliability of MailRecovery suites.
The MailRecovery 2012 Suites maintain the division to Client (supporting Outlook and Outlook Express) and Server (featuring the added support for Exchange Server) known from the previous releases.
A common improvement to the components of the MailRecovery 2012 suites is the new wizard-style user interface. The interface provides a smooth step by step data recovery process. For Enterprise and 1-Year Service licenses, the new user interface also has the capability of multi-file recovery.

Recovery for Outlook 3.2 is the PST (Personal Storage Table) repair, recovery and management utility. It is shipped as a component of both MailRecovery Client and Server suites, and is also available standalone.
The new version of Recovery for Outlook has the option to export recovered messages into EML format, available through its Data Browser component. When exporting selected messages, the user can specify EML as the output format. The messages extracted as EML messages are essentially text files that can be searched, analyzed and processed in many ways. The EML generation feature also simplifies email migration, as EML import is widely accepted by email clients and migration tools.
Recovery for Outlook retains the regular export to PST capability, which is the default setting.
