Period of UpgradeSupport Service

The period of service is indicated in the title of each UpgradeSupport plan. During this period from UpgradeSupport purchase customers receive free updates for qualified products and may apply for Advanced Customer Support.

Note: if no product updates will be released during the service period, the UpgradeSupport plan will be extended until first product update will be available. This extension is free of charge.

Advanced Customer Support

Although no effort is spared to make OfficeRecovery software as efficient as possible, there are cases requiring creative human approach to data recovery. UpgradeSupport subscribers are entitled to an advanced data recovery service performed on-site by OfficeRecovery engineers.

Advanced Customer Support is performed on case by case basis, with a limited number of requests available for each UpgradeSupport license purchased. The number of available Advanced Customer Support requests are:

  • 1 for 3-Month UpgradeSupport Basic
  • 3 for 6-Month UpgradeSupport Advanced
  • 6 for 1-Year UpgradeSupport Professional
